‘One need not be branded by the first pattern. Once the deforming mirror is smashed there is the possibility of wholeness, the possibility of joy’

What to Expect
My practice is integrative, which means I draw on a number of theoretical approaches to help you make sense of your feelings and experiences. Our work will offer you the opportunity to explore what is troubling you; to understand what really matters to you; and find peace in what it means to be uniquely you.
I have a relaxed, collaborative style and practice from a place which values uniqueness and diversity. I welcome you, as you - as mind and body, in all your hopes, frustrations, complexities and contradictions.
We all take our first steps with a wish list, thoughts of what being in therapy might be like. Can we trust that with work, fierce commitment and our service this might transform into change beyond that which we even knew we wanted?
Might I be the person to accompany you on that journey of discovery?
As a relational therapist I believe the most profound change occurs in experience, most powerfully relational experience. There is reparation in voicing our thoughts and feelings; being met and understood; finding permission that allows for the multiplicity of our experiences and the complexity of our feelings.
I will listen deeply. Everything is welcome, nothing is too messy. In an active process I will challenge myself, as well as you, in a collaborative experience through which we find expansion and change.
You will be encouraged to find a loyalty to knowing yourself deeply. You will start the process of noticing a wider set of choices. You will find empowerment to step into a more fulfilling version of your life, with increased confidence, spontaneity and hope.
In the balance between tenderness and challenge, and in the alchemy between us, what nourishment and transformation might we find along the path home to ourselves?
