Many people first seek therapy at points of distress and crisis in their life.
Relationship issues, work stresses or the bumps and bruises from life’s changes and challenges.
We can all sometimes be left questioning ourself, feeling depressed, fearful, anxious, lonely or confused. Perhaps we are looking for answers - to fix ourself and our life.
Whilst I might not have all those answers nor the solutions: I will listen with tenderness and support you find a way to explore and resolve what is troubling you; to find a way through which is personal to you.
The Journey
In weekly sessions we will discuss, free from judgement, the challenges you bring. Questions and distress that can feel unanswerable and overwhelming, can begin to feel resolvable when, instead of pushing them away, pushing them onto the horizon, we sit with them and get to know them.
Dare to Dream
As we get to understand ourself more fully, we can find a peace with who we are, and uncover a unique sense of vitality in being ourselves in the world.
